GOKO Tomato Mura (GOKO Tomato Village) was founded in 2002 as Agriculture Div. of “GOKO Camera Co., Ltd.” that has long history since 1953.
We produce a large quantity of tomatoes and processed foods in one of the largest vegetable factories in Japan in the site of 53,000㎡. It is our pride that we make the most use of our method of rationalization and quality control that we had cultivated for a long time by the camera business where we had conquered the world market.
In our processing factory established with tomato factory, we process our own tomatoes for our own sales products and also accept OEM requests.
It is one of our purposes to contribute food self-sufficiency in Japan and to make effective suggestion to modern agricultural policies through our rational, reasonable and stable food production throughout the year.
We will continue to make contribution for agriculture as the pioneer of entering different field of business.
※In 2020, for the purpose of further development of the Agriculture Division, GOKO Camera Co., Ltd. established a new company "GOKO TOMATOMURA Co., Ltd." as the company incorporated in an incorporation-type split.

Check the condition of young trees severely. To keep the wellness of the trees creates true “deliciousness”.
The trees are grown up by 24 hours of computer control and also by special care by experts’ hands.
Solution culture, using only natural water and nutrient. We made it possible to harvest consecutively for more than 10 month, with super-reduced amount of agricultural chemicals.
57,500 trees in two buildings of East & West. We can supply tomatoes throughout a year by staggering the terms of harvest.
We do not pick tomatoes until it is fully ripened in bright red, as “GOKO Fully Vine-Ripend Tomato (“GOKO Kinari Kanjuku Tomato” in Japanese)". We use organic medium to avoid replant failure.
Our “Vegetable Sommelier” and staffs taste tomatoes in every harvest to check sugar content, taste and quality severely.
To process our own tomato juice, we use 100% of tomatoes harvested in GOKO Tomato Mura (GOKO Tomato Village) which was cultivated with super-reduced amount of agricultural chemicals. We can bring out the best in our tomatoes in processing because we are well aware of the quality and deliciousness of our tomatoes. Under the severe sanitary control, we produce rational, reasonable and stable processing foods.
We picked tomatoes in the morning and ship them in the same day freshly. Our policy is to supply fresh and fully vine-ripened tomatoes, while almost all tomatoes in Japanese marketplace are picked immatured.
Hygienic and unique facilities and equipments.
Our concept is “Produce as much as possible, by small people as possible”. We make the most use of our experience of producing as the camera manufacturer, e.g., by developing “one-touch inducement hook” that is one of the supporting products in growing tomatoes by our own.
GOKO Tomato Mura (GOKO Tomato Village) is equipped to deal with any temperature in order to supply tomatoes throughout a year.
